We review the framing concept, foundation requirements, available site information, and responsibilities of your builder and suppliers.
3. Review Your Proposal
Your proposal outlines the engineering deliverables, fees, and anticipated schedule. After approval, we develop the design using the agreed project information.

Pole barn is a common term for a post-frame building. Posts form the main structural framework, with roof and wall framing connected to them. The support and foundation arrangement depends on the project.
Can you work with my builder or a pre-designed building package?
Yes. Share the supplier drawings and specifications so we can confirm the engineering scope, foundation requirements, and any gaps between the package and your project needs.
Do you design the roof trusses?
Trusses may be designed by the truss supplier. We clarify responsibilities and coordinate the truss information with the building framing, supports, and connections where included in our scope.
Can you provide stamped structural drawings?
Yes. Stamped structural drawings can be included in the agreed engineering scope. We confirm the required deliverables when preparing your proposal.
What information do you need to get started?
Start with your project municipality, intended use, and approximate size. During follow-up, we may request a site plan, building layout, supplier drawings, soil information, and details of doors or other openings.
Can you help with permits?
Our structural drawings can support the permit application where required. If you also need building design or permitting assistance, we can discuss related Creatio Designs services and include them in a separate or coordinated scope.
